acknowledge and approved by the Global Food Safety Iniciative - GFSI.
With pride we receive the certification on June 2019, for our clients, this
means the quality and food safety, which we use since 1987 is now acknowledge
by the same world organization.
However, this acknowledge is not the end of the work. Everyday there's
scientific development, which keep us looking for continuous improvement
focusing on food safety, increasing happy costumers.
Continuous improvement is a standard norm by the FSSC22000, it builds up
better teams, improves management aswell manufacturing, allows process and
resources optimization and improves relations between partners in the food
industry, generating better results.
All the present products are made following the traditional Portuguese cuisine’s
recipes and methods, using deep-frozen as the only means of preservation without
resorting to preservatives or any kind of food additives.
